Processing Example 5: Appearance (Automotive Parts: 25mm)
Efforts have been made in the processing to prevent burrs from occurring in the knurling section.
As a machining example from Nagaoka Seiki, we introduce the appearance of our work. For automotive parts made from C3604 material, we have implemented techniques in the machining process to prevent burrs from forming in the knurled areas (the burrs indicated by the arrows in the image are being processed to avoid formation).
